◎For the first-time registering patients, please register at the counter with your health insurance IC card and ID card (or household roster or passport)
To cancel registrations or change reservations, please do it at any registration/cashier counter on the spot before 5:00PM of the previous day scheduled to see the doctor, or use manual telephone system to do the procedure.

Notice of taking drugs /

  1. To check the name and identity shown on the prescription, and go to cashier for price calculation before going to pharmacy to take drugs.
  2. Please reconfirm with the clinic doctor and pharmacist if you have any questions about the prescription.
  3. Please check the name, number of medicine bags, drug names, their appearance and quantity when taking drug, and pay attention to the expiry of the drugs. The validity is 30 days for the drugs without expiry labeling.
  4. The patients with repeat prescription may directly go to enroll at the cashier counter by presenting the prescription and health insurance IC card (no need to register) within the valid period and then go to pharmacy to take their drugs.

Payment /

  1. Please go the cashier to make payement after the outpatient service
  2. For the items not included in the health insurance: The price is separately calculated as regulatedby the Bureau of National Health Insurance.
  3. For the patients without brining IC cards with them:
    Please make ful payment in advance, and bring the original receipt, health insurance card, ID card with severn work days from the next day of outpatient service day to the outpatient registration/cahsier counter to get refund. However, if the refund invovles cross-month matter, please go to the Bureau of National Health Insurance to get the refund because the hospital has already decleared their expenditures to the Bureau of National Health Insurance.
