【Secretariat】- Introduction
This office takes charge of the hospital’s general affairs
covering management and supporting service. Except for medical
treatment affairs, its responsibilities extend to all other detailed
affairs. According to different business attributes, this office gives
pertinent labor division, and groups its workforce into several
divisions. In order to offer best service, it assigns exclusive
personnel to implement and control logistic and supporting businesses.

this office
1. Authorization and responsibility: The items managed by this office
include: cashier management, document management, file management,
property management, worker-grade personnel management, dormitory
management, cleaning management, chronicle of major events, editing of
hospital journal, research and evaluation, vehicle management, security
guard management, public work engineering, procurement, labor safety,
personnel physical examination, and environmental protection.
2. Staffing: one chief, one secretary, two officers, one clerk, one
technician, 74 worker-grade employees and 13 contracted employees.
